As a Thunderbolt Solutions team member, you will use your creativity and innovation to conduct
quantitative analysis using operations research tools, economics, and other quantitative
techniques in the areas of procedural implementations and performance issues.

Thunderbolt Software is issuing contingent requisition to provide project management
support services for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) Project
Resident Office (PRO), located at Bayou La Batre, Alabama. Project management support services
shall include project management and administrative support, SharePoint technical and data
management support services, test, evaluation and quality assurance (QA) and logistics support
including post-delivery coordination.

Position Responsibilities:
 

• Develop strategies and plans for future Post-Delivery and Post Shakedown Availabilities, PDA and PSA, respectively.
• Assist in the research, preparation, and drafting of routine support documentation for requirements packages for post-delivery support activities. Types of routine documentation for these packages include but are not limited to Statements of Work, cost estimates, determinations and other support documentation as required by package type
• Monitor execution of each availability and report on work specification package completion and availability percentage completion.
• Support the project office in coordinating the asset PSAs, PDAs, and support by providing information for sustainment M&R periods to the appropriate Product Line Manager.
• Support post-delivery activities by ensuring all Government approved work packages and/or TDP’s are provided to appropriate entities (internal or external to the USCG) within established deadlines to meet availability planning milestones and schedules.
• Maintain a work list and associated tracking that shows actionable tasks to be completed post-delivery.
• Qualifications/Capabilities  Logistician for Post Delivery Coordination:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in event planning.
  • Knowledge of ship construction.
