Job Responsibilities:
 

• Provide fleet-level technical assistance, assessments, and logistical support for U.S. Navy shipboard SATCOM systems, applying advanced mechanical and electrical expertise to ensure operational readiness.
• Interpret and apply shipboard technical documentation to diagnose, repair, configure, and document equipment deficiencies, including reconfiguring systems within alternate structures to meet evolving mission requirements.

In order to meet the requirements of this position, a qualified candidate must have a combination of mechanical, and electrical disciplines as well as:
    1. Full time, hands-on experience in the accomplishment of Fleet Technical Assistance, Assessment and Logistical Support of U.S. Navy ships’ SATCOM Systems.
    2. Full time, hands-on experience in interpreting shipboard technical documents to assess, repair and document equipment deficiencies, and configure equipment in alternate structures to meet mission requirements.
    3.  Must possess an active U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance
    4.  More than one year of using Microsoft products.

Compensation for this role is governed by an applicable Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act.
