quantitative analysis using operations research tools, economics, and other quantitative
techniques in the areas of procedural implementations and performance issues.

Thunderbolt Software is issuing contingent requisition to provide project management
support services for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) Project
Resident Office (PRO), located at Bayou La Batre, Alabama. Project management support services
shall include project management and administrative support, SharePoint technical and data
management support services, test, evaluation and quality assurance (QA) and logistics support
including post-delivery coordination.

Position Responsibilities:
 

• Shall support SharePoint development of SharePoint tools, to include production contract deliverable dash boards, workflows, data maintenance, and data organization within the SharePoint environment.
• Support management of an electronic database to include organizing and maintaining configuration of a complete electronic set of current and historical program documents in a SharePoint environment.
• Initiate, expedite, and close out process workflows related to document creation, indexing, review, delivery, and approval.
• Create standardized reports and graphs on workflow status and process metrics required to provide oversight of the WCC production contract.
• Present SharePoint systems status, user requirements, and manage personnel access.
• Track and support reporting on program documentation to include memoranda, decision documents, IMS analysis, and contract modifications. This task requires management of configuration change control documents in various review processes.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Experience in performance metrics, analysis, and trends; workflow programming and maintenance in SharePoint, generation of Power BI reports and analysis of raw data for production contract deliverables and schedules.
